This is achieved by providing access to a wealth of expertise by telephone or on-site. By delivering proactive services and responsive support through a comprehensive suite of technical support solutions, it enables us to continue offering innovative IT solutions that meets your business goals and objectives.

Therefore, in line with our goal to become Malaysia’s premier information technology vendor, Yasmin Teknologi has established a Support and Services Centre to cater for our customers’ needs. The Support and Services Centre, which provides facilities for supporting, maintaining and servicing our current and future projects, includes :

Help When you call our hotline service, our team of dedicated administrators and engineers will provide the first level support. You will speak to an experienced professional who has extensive knowledge and a track record of success in organising problem escalation and solutions. This helpdesk operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and 9am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. Our engineers are also available on call 24 hours a day.

Services Centre This department is primarily responsible for authorised servicing of optical blocks in live acquisition kits, portrait acquisition kits and various specialised equipment related to our solutions. Our engineers also support IBM RS/6000 platform, which are used widely in our projects. In addition, we also offer site intervention, providing on-site installation and rectification works nationwide.

Project Implementation This team is responsible for co-ordinating and fulfilling consumable orders, deliveries, project rollout, hardware distribution, hardware relocation, repair and return, as well as inventory and configuration control for project implementation.
