Time Management System is solution for the automation of employee attendance recording in offices, workshops and factories. It comprises one or more fingerprint readers for recording arrivals and departures, a set of employee ID and a simple yet effective Windows-based software package for recording and managing the attendance data. It Holds the information in a database, processes the data for attendance report.

The Software

The Time Management System runs on any PC with Windows 2000 or Windows XP. The communications module which takes clock-in data from the fingerprint reader runs continually but in a minimised state so that the PC is free to be used for other applications as well.

Time Management System holds a database which matches fingerprint against employees. As employees record their arrivals and departures at the work-place by present their fingerprint through the reader Time Management System records the times of these transactions. Consequently anyone with access to the data can see who is on site and who is absent, in real time.

This attendance data is accumulated within the software to provide a range of reports.
